Looks like Patrick Sawyer (an American Citizen) was on his way home to Minnesota when he collapsed and then died. Close call. His wife is horrified how close it came that her husband would have been patient zero in the US. Expat, can you imagine how the stock market would have reacted?

How many fellow passengers that he coughed, vomited or worse near DID continue on to the US?
