It’s not just in that paper — it’s being reported elsewhere too — test results are just in, they claim they were negative for ebola.

Frankly, at this point it is hard to believe anybody — the governments are definitely downplaying the threat — but how did the two US health workers get it, when they were covered head to toe when treating the ebola victims.
I’m beginning to believe that this doctor, and the nurse were working at the bio-weapons lab in the area....can’t remember the name of the hospital. But it is suspected that the US has one there. So there may have been an accident, and it is now a completely different strain (60% mortality, 21 day incubation)? So they didn’t know, and spread it around the hospital, which in turn spread it around the region. Or they tested it deliberately, and it got out of control. Who knows. Everything I have ever heard about Ebola is completely different than what they are telling us now. Ebola never had a 21 day incubation period, that’s why it was so easy to control before, and it killed quickly. It may not even be Ebola, but something completely different with similar symptoms. I don’t know what to believe anymore. If that’s the case then it could be airborne.
