Obama Stands Alone: Even The Media Are Baffled By His Deepening Isolation

President Obama has few remaining friends—either in his own party or in the media.

That’s the unmistakable conclusion of two pieces this week in the New York Times. Just about everyone, it seems, is down on his single, solitary nature.

I’ve been saying for a year now that the president’s liberal media allies have soured on him. It started with the ObamaCare debacle and continued through his seeming passivity or slow reaction time in the wake of the VA scandal, the Bowe Bergdahl mess, the military collapse in Iraq and so on. At this point they’re basically Waiting for Hillary.

What is striking now is a growing sense, fairly or unfairly, that Obama is not capable of rising to the occasion, that he just doesn’t like politics, that he’s disengaged, that despite his soaring rhetoric in 2008 he has a passion deficit.

All the criticism about him playing golf and being at Martha’s Vineyard is kind of a code for his supposedly being unplugged from the job.

A Times news story opens with a killer anecdote about the president meeting with Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell, which turned to Democratic complaints that the GOP was bottling up a number of Obama’s ambassadorial nominees.

“Mr. Obama quickly dismissed the matter. ‘You and Mitch work it out,’ Mr. Obama said coolly, cutting off any discussion. Mr. Reid seethed quietly for the rest of the meeting.”

Wow. And the nut graph: “Nearly six years into his term, with his popularity at the lowest of his presidency, Mr. Obama appears remarkably distant from his own party on Capitol Hill, with his long neglect of would-be allies catching up to him.

“In interviews, nearly two dozen Democratic lawmakers and senior congressional aides suggested that

Yeah, but if he walks into the room, if he enters the House or Senate chamber they will crawl over each other to be near him or to be seen near to him.

After he is out of office, he will be paid millions upon millions to appear before left-leaning groups. He’s beyond having anything to lose. He’s set for life, and his legacy, however ticked off the MSM is now, will be golden.

Toward the end of his presidency, it is alleged that feeling very isolated, Richard M. Nixon would hold long monologue conversations with the presidential portraits in the White House.

Imagining Obama doing that is unlikely, because standing before them, he would just spitefully call them terms of racial hatred, while proclaiming his superiority in every way to all of them, his narcissism running wild.

Especially, the Press aren’t “souring-on” Clown Prince nobama. It is merely that their knees are getting a bit sore while their noses are still very, very brown. It is merely a bit of temporary discomfort. They are to blame...as are LIBs/DIMs. They all need held accountable for doing this to our Country.

> Sir, I think beck’s enthusiasm for immigration is his inner mormon recruiter talking. Notice some catholics have that same inner voice whispering to them: immigrants are potential pew fillers...

Well Beck needs to understand that there is a difference between wanting to help and being able to help, self-survival, and casting your pearls before swine (summed up - discernment. What good is to empty your wallet out to people who will use it to buy drugs and alcohol and leave yourself homeless and jobless to those who don’t appreciate it. Moreover do they really even appreciate it? If they feel entitled to it, absolutely not.

He’s either riddled with HIV or cancer...

There is a third option. Perhaps Great Leader is going Howard Hughes and is on drugs (again). Only this time, the drugs are more than the choom gang variety.

“Symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder

In order for a person to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) they must meet five or more of the following symptoms:
•Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
•Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
•Believes that he or she is “special” and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
•Requires excessive admiration
•Has a very strong sense of entitlement, e.g., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
•Is exploitative of others, e.g., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
•Lacks empathy, e.g., is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others
•Is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her
•Regularly shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

Because personality disorders describe long-standing and enduring patterns of behavior, they are most often diagnosed in adulthood. It is uncommon for them to be diagnosed in childhood or adolescence, because a child or teen is under constant development, personality changes and maturation. However, if it is diagnosed in a child or teen, the features must have been present for at least 1 year.”

When faces with personal failures withdrawal is a coping mechanism.

Right, a reader from the teleprompter. Other than that a lazy dolt. I recall an interview of someone from the Harvard law Review, after becoming its president, he was never to be seen again. A figure head so to speak. This guy has been groomed by the enemies of this country since the late 70s. Carefully guided to the right places, including a nobel peace prize for which he did absolutely nothing except draw oxygen. He is the tip of the ice berg, the real problem is those operating behind the scenes, not just Jarrett, whom are pulled the strings of this marionette.

Obama is not capable of rising to the occasion

"Obama sinks to the occasion! Every time."

Obo would need a bottle of viagra just to find a neurotransmitter in his choom fogged brain that's not a "free radical."

[“Nearly six years into his term, with his popularity at the lowest of his presidency, Mr. Obama appears remarkably distant from his own party on Capitol Hill. . .”]

Obama is a Democrat in name only. After he leaves the White House he intends on creating a third political force comprising of blacks, disaffected Hispanics and illegal aliens (La Raza), radical whites, the SEIU, and Muslims.

****Iranian born Valerie Jarrett continues to struggle running the country from the shadows.****

BO can’t fire her - she’s barely holding him together with chicken wire and paper clips;)

Soros is getting some profit in the Market.

Putin is sneaking around getting his stuff done.

Muslims are taking over the ME - so Valerie can find some comfort in her Presidency.

It's not about passion (or feelings), Obama is not qualified for the position. Can these people be so blind?
Do they think that if wanted, he could run this country?

Is Obama’s golf playing some sort of non-verbal signal of approval for whatever violence his homies want to dish out?

He would never run again. He knows he’d get slaughtered and there goes his legacy. His ego won’t allow it. Now, simply refusing to leave is all together different. I’m not so sure many chickensh*t politicians would fight him on it.
