At some point they might finally grasp that everone else is over it.

Get with the program and become productive members of the global community, or simply rot.

Israel should just sever all ties with the Gaza and West Bank Arabs. Strengthen ties with Jordan and Egypt to isolate these psycho killers. Then, slowly and surely destroy the infrastructure. If the Arabs want to live a 7th century existence, they should be allowed to do so.
