How so? From what I understand about the weapons, they were legally obtained and possessed. Tonight’s comment about their being loaded is not substantiated so it is hearsay that they were loaded, and that no CA LEO actually saw them loaded in the state would preclude any legal action. While it’s getting more difficult to buy new handguns here, there are no restraints on purchasing used handguns and AR’s are perfectly legal here as well. “Normal capacity” mags are also legal if they were obtained prior to the implementation of the current restrictions.
