I make this statement sincerely:
cultures of non-European origin simply have no concept of the individual or of the freedom of the individual from the dictates of a ruler.
Americans are best at this, Europe occasionally wakes up to join us in this experiment called freedom.
IMO
To hear liberals tell it “Democracy” (personal freedom to determine one’s lot in life, really) isn’t for everyone.
And that mindset is the excuse that muslims use to defend modern slavery and polygamy.
