This isn’t news for me because I’ve been following global sea ice levels for years on the University of Indiana’s website “Cryosphere Today.” They have graphs of the northern hemisphere, southern hemisphere, and global totals. Right now, the global sea ice coverage is well-above the 1979-2014 norm.
