I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you have not done adequate research, or believed somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about.
Perhaps you even believed the same government officials who are eager to help you with all aspects of your life.
But, it's usually a good thing to be accurate when you make such a sweeping proclamation.

There are 10's of thousands of veterans in this country that use leafy marijuana for all sorts of ailments and get great therapeutic benefit without the horrendous side effects common to most pharmaceuticals.
Get a clue and stop displaying your willful ignorance.

There are tens of thousands of veterans who get stoned by smoking leafy marijuana. Although I don’t have a big problem with that it is NOT a medical benefit. Same thing as drinking ETOH without the calories. Its as harmful to your lungs as ETOH is to your liver.
Leafy marijuana has over 40K chemical substances and one type can be very different from another. In order to have medical benefit a drug must be predictable EVERY TIME it is used at the same dosage each time. Leafy marijuana IS NOT predictable and no one can certify the dosage.
THC has some medical benefits and it CAN be predictable and can be purified to a standardized dosage. Your statements are opinion, mine are scientific facts.
