Obama is going to the UN to get approval instead of getting approval of the senate.
Marc Thiessen said that Obama intends that UN will give it force of international law.
The problem is that the Constitution trumps international law.
Obama is trying to make it difficult for the next president to revoke the deal.

The elites in both Parties have played this game and it will be to the demise of our Constitutional rights such as property ownership that is not threatened by eminent domain of foreigners, and the banning of firearms. This is how entangling relationships steal our country.
Law shmaw, they will just say it's not a treaty and doesn't need senate approval. They are appealing to world opinion as a force of law in the United States.

In 1990 Bush got the UN Security Council to authorize the use of force to evict Iraq from Kuwait.
But he still had to get the Congress to authorize him to do that. As well.
At what point can we start impeachment proceedings and not, “B Raschuus”

After a trial and conviction, the appropriate punishment would be...well appropriate!
