In Spokane there are two types of blacks. The middle to upper class that love living in the area and the thugs that come up from California to sell drugs. There are less then 500 thugs and when there is a shooting, seems like every day now, they arrest someone within a day or two.

When it's a white perp they usually end up in jail just as fast. They're either a white thug or a relative.

There has also been about six to eight white males killed by blacks in the last 18 months in Spokane and they said they killed their victim because they were white. No hate crimes here though?
