You want Roberts to be an activist judge on our side!

I hate the fact that the Gov't is getting way to involved in our lives but I don't want activist judges on either side?

Unfortunately, when only one side is allowed total unrestricted latitude then that will be the side the prevails.

I think a little counter-activism our our side is the only way out of the progressive wilderness.

I consider it something akin to carpet bombing in the second world war - of course it would have been better had it not been necessary but the act's morality or immorality depended upon the righteousness of the ultimate goal.
