Not a Carson person, but good for him!
I understand that the GOP-E have a cross and nails all ready for him.

The AP fell for Carson's trap. Now Carson can talk about the Constitution vs Sharia Law vs Socialism (Hillary) all he wants.

And the more they hammer those nails, the stronger Carson will become.
(Provided he doesn’t knuckle under.)
He’s not high on my list either, but occasionally he shows good instinct. (He just needs a crash course in the Constitution.)

Dr. Carson erred. The better answer would've been to point out that by the Constitution of the US, a Muslim who is a natural born citizen of the US is eligible to be elected President of the US. US citizens will decide.
Shift the question to trusting US voters.

Pay particular attention to how people frame this issue. Do you believe:
1. Any Muslim can be president?
2. A natural born citizen Muslim can be president?
3. A natural born citizen Muslim can run for the presidency?

I’m liking this guy more and more everyday. If Trump or Cruz fail, he’d be a good back up. Excellent VP or some high cabinet job.

Imagine 1940: "No Nazi should be US President."
Left: How dare he say that? It's unconstitutional!
Notice how the Left are Constitutionalists only when it suits them.
