Carson should take the opportunity to tell what islam is all about. Seeing as he’s now in the spotlight, he should point out every fact about islam that is not acceptable, starting with their belief that non-muslims are second-class. Tell about the extra taxes for non-muslims, sharia law, and on and on. He could really capitalize on this by educating the country.
And add how muslims feels about women.
How about that a majority in some Islamic countries, such as Pakistan, believe that sharia law dictating death to apostates should be enforced?
To me, once that sinks in, there’s more than enough reason not to give Islam equal respect with other “religions”.
