Mujaheddin (or equivalent) shoulder fired missile?Sincerely doubtful. Aircraft would have to be flying well under 20,000 feet to be in the danger zone for almost any man portable system, under 10,000 feet for it to be more than a very very lucky incident for the terrorist. There are far easier methods to smuggle something (or someone) aboard a flight to bring it down.
