Putin wants to know exactly who did what with what before he takes action

The west has about wrapped this whole thing up and convicted IS and may be using it as an excuse to barge into Syria

After the west condemned Assad for a staged CW attack in Syria and tried to use that as an excuse to attack Assad, Putin is wise to be be wary of similarities now coming from the usual suspects using this disaster as a trigger
