It has become apparent to me that the MEDIA is the one to blame for most of the public’s perception that Muslims in NJ were celebrating.
There probably were thousands celebrating across the US. There certainly were in Gaza and other areas of the middle east.
But it was the media that showed videos of ‘middle eastern’ celebrations and then talked about celebrations occurring in NY and NJ.
Most people ‘remember’ large numbers of celebrants, and thought it was happening here, because of the media and the way they ‘played’ the story.
That was then, this is now. They no longer want you to think ‘that way’.
Now, even though it’s obvious that Muslims would have celebrated, no matter where they were, you must not associate the 9/11 disaster with Muslims. Even though they insist they did it.
This is the kind of twisted logic that our media throws at us all the time, and they don’t want it exposed. Ergo, they will suppress any proof.
Perfect explanation of what is going on with this media circus against Donald Trump. This is EXACTLY what the news media does when reporting on any subject matter - they intermix archival footage - i.e.: out of context material - with whatever the current event might be. They instigate the confusion that creates and perpetuates the urban legends which naturally proceed from the seed the media itself plants. Then the media denies both knowledge of and responsibility for what they produced.
However, in this particular case, there were numerous eye-witnesses on the scene of such “celebrations.” The media are claiming that there is no way such things happened, and then as a fall back position, they also insist that those witnesses who do come forward could in no ways know for certain whether the “celebrants” were Muslim!
As Trump has oft stated, the level of intellectual dishonesty and outright lying conducted by the press represents a considerable percentage of their reporting. So much so that we may call it media’s SOP. In fact, I believe that the American Press is more a threat to our freedoms than ever was the Soviet Union.
I remember the MSM immediately started making apology for the Muslims. I agree with you. Media covered up a lot ie they did not report the celebrations. I remember that anchor who died of cancer a couple yrs after 911 (he started back smoking and got CA). He got on TV right after 911 and talked about how Islam was religion of peace...over and over the media pounded that on TV. They were afraid the “stupid” Americans were going to start a war with Muslims. They made matters much worse. Media is sorry to me.
If the media can suppress or eliminate the proof then they change history. I hope my fellow FReepers understand the implications of this.
