Just read a bit of the Quran for the first time ever. I started around the verse that says someone who kills one person kills mankind or something like that which sounds good ripped out of context. The context is that if you sin as a Muslim (certain sins that are not well-defined) you have to be killed or go kill unbelievers. It’s really quite clear what motivates killers like those in California, it is jihad driven by fear and guilt.
