I don't know why anyone pays attention to what Mayor Fulop says. He's 38 years old, so back on 09/11/01 he was only 24 years old. According to his Wiki bio, that would put him 2 years out of college and working at Goldman Sachs, presumably.

He speaks as if he was mayor back then, too, which he wasn't.
