If any of them or other massive volcanic peaks suffered a major eruption the team said millions of people would die and earth’s atmosphere would be poisoned with ash and other toxins “beyond the imagination of anything man’s activity and global warming could do over 1,000 years.


Will it help if I bike to work to reduce my carbon footprint?

Only if you live in Northern Maine, Northern North Dakota, or the tip of Minnesota. And keep claim, that's an important word, CLAIM to keep your house at 60 or below, and are registered as a card carrying democrat.

We can assume a few people living in caves with natural running water and just enough light to grow subsistence food for a few years will survive and restart the human race...

And yeah, those people will be able to 'ride their bikes' to work - and reduce the carbon footprint... if by 'too work' you mean the cave entrance and a few feet beyond.,..
