This is quite the thing, timeline-wise.
There used to be a phrase...."Don't pick a fight with those who buy ink by the barrel." Neither Sen. Cruz, nor his team seems to have not heard that phrase, evidently. Perhaps it is why they are forced to resort to trickery and shenanigans to keep their gullible supporters in line and supporting them. Now we learn that they are setting up mirrored phone lines of local phone numbers to trick Trump supporters (thinking they are calling Trump operations) so they can later harass these people into voting for Cruz. Really?
By their fruits ye shall know them, indeed. I used to say here on FR that while I don't want him for POTUS, I'd love for him for SCOTUS. But in the last couple of weeks, I'm not sure I'd even go for that. He has let me down.
All I heard around here for months is how DJT was mean, a business scoundrel, someone who would do anything or say anything to win. He would lie, cheat, steal & deceive to come out on top. He was a moral reprobate.
But instead, we've learned our holier than thou Christian candidate is all of those things, and more.

On the other hand, Carson WAS NOT OK with the crap pulled by Cruz campaign in Iowa.
Carson won some of those counties in Iowa...and there is a reason that the media had to wait until almost 98% of the count was in to call the Republican Primary caucus.
Carson hasn’t hardly campaigned since Iowa. Cruz was right as always.
Carson has quit.
