New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie endorsed Donald Trump's presidential candidacy on Friday in Texas, a stunning development sure to add to the growing sense of inevitability around Trump's bid for the Republican nomination.
The only question anyone was asking in the wake of the endorsement was "why"? Or, more accurately, "WHY??!?" After all, Christie had savaged Trump as unelectable just a few weeks ago. So, why the abrupt about-face?

Makes sense.
Caviar and Wagyu steaks are expensive?
Makes sense to me. And I’m hard to make sense of.
Too bad Bill Clinton went Vegan; those two could pack down a meal.
2. VP Slot
3. VP Slot
4. VP Slot.
That covered it?
Only if the Dewhurst Republicans in Texas coalesce behind Trump and boot Cruz back to Calgary.
I don’t think V.P. but I’ll bet Attorney General; Ben Carson, Surgeon General; John Kasich, Treasury; I don’t know who Trump will pick as V.P. but it will be someone that believes as he does, and will travel to foreign countries to represent Our Great Nation, with the same principles as Trump.
The Dewberry Texas Republicans are now coalescing behind CRuzio. Conservatives are backing Trump.
No one has a personal relationship with Donald Trump. One only bends over and grabs ones ankles.
He’s been mentioned for Veep....and also for AG. I heard he used to be a pretty good prosecutor. Trump will need a good one of those.
Christie for AG.
Hellary will serve her sentence.
“That covered it?”
Nope, I suspect it is more like this:
1. Trump is a force and now a political force in his area and state.
2. Trump is getting advice from Giuliani who like Christie is a former prosecutor and from that they may well have a relationship.
3. Of the remaining candidates Trump is the most like Christie.
4. Christie see Trump as the likely nominee and as we saw with Christie and Obama, Christie is a suck up.
Christie wants to be president. You don’t go from Attorney general to President; you go from Vice President to President. Attorney General is the end of the line.
Interesting that Christie endorsed Trump.
When and where is even more interesting.
He wants to win America BACK!! GO TRUMP
I think that covers it.
