Trump does not hire the workers to build buildings.....the contractors who win the bids his architects put out do that....his direct control over who they hire is scant
I have lived his life developing properties on a smaller scale
The only developers likely to do construction in house are some home building companies who develop neighborhoods and planned communities but even then it’s still uncommon
One thing he does do like all top end hotel operators
They hire on temporary work visas various foreign hotel operations folks who are often beautiful women from Eastern Europe and Asia to work in the guest contact work force like front desk and concierge
It’s smart business and they can translate
They usually rotate between properties here and abroad until as nature would have it they marry an up and coming man who takes a fancy to them
