Winners Aren't Losers or for that matter Cruzers!
Either Ted Cruz is a original-intent Constitutionalist and therefore ineligible to be President or he is a living-document Constitutionalist and eligible to be President. It is one or the other, but it can't be both.

Birthers are complete nuts, in bed with the Hillary campaign’s Phil Berg and her VIPS friends [same folks who promoted the tea-swilling Ambassador Joseph Wilson] who spawned the nonsense.

Still peddling that debunked series of quotes that have no binding legal authority? The Congress was given the authority, enumerated in the Constitution, to set the boundaries on naturalization, i.e., who needs to be naturalized
after birth, and who comes into their citizenship
at birth. It's not a question of "Living Constitution" or not. It's a question of whether the original Constitution gave Congress the authority to speak and keep on speaking to the issue. And it does. And in 1790 Congress did. And many times after that. Naturalization doesn't happen at birth. It happens after birth.
As for who the real "Living Constitution" people are, I nominate those here and elsewhere who want to incorporate a definition of "natural born" that isn't found in the Constitution, isn't found in the records of the founding sessions of Congress, and doesn't appear in a single legally binding holding or statute ever produced in the long history of the American legislature and judiciary.
Here's the deal. For you "Living Constitutionalists" who want to modify the text of the Constitution without going through the proper process, back up the truck and use the process, get yourselves an amendment, and get it passed by the American people. That's how you modify the Constitution.
Peace,
SR

I have posted the same argument presented by the
Post and Email. I have written long lengthy posts presenting my case, carefully weeding out those pesky curly-ques that pop up in our posts. It does no good with these Cruzers and the Rubiobots. They have contracted the mental disorder which I call a totalitarian mindset. You can give them facts chapter and verse and they will hold onto a lie as if you did not write a word. They want you to sit down and shut up. Their way is the highway and damned what the facts say and Constitution says.
It is the same mindset that rammed Obama into office without regard to the Constitution's definition of eligibility. If it took shredding the Constitution to get Zer0's counterfeit eligibility through as acceptable, then they would not listen if you object. Sit down and shut up they would say. That is how totalitarian thinkers work and it was Mark Levin, who gave me the first insight into totalitarian thinking. I think Levin should be having great misgivings about Cruz and Rubio. Both are ineligible.
Go Trump!
