These “get rich schemes” are just that - schemes. Trump should not have put his name on this, but I am sure the initial set-up sounded good like they usually do.
However, as I said on another thread - suing Trump U because you did not get rich is comparable to suing Total Gym because you did not look like Chuck Norris or Christy Brinkley after the purchase.
Just my .02. This is a non-issue beyond the lesson to be careful what you put your name on.
Speaking of aligning oneself. I knew Rubio was big in the pockets of the illegal alien/cheap foreign labor Tech industries, but so is Cruz.

Gee I am surprised with Trump’s alleged mob contacts that none of these guys is not wearing concrete shoes (sarcasm).
Trump is by no means a Boy Scout, but this lawyer is the living incarnation of our “lawsuit lottery” mentality and was caught bribing people to intentionally start such lawsuits. I hope he and his firm end up broker than the average American under Obama and hopefully back in prison to boot.
Like you said, Trump is no boy scout, but wealthy people like Trump are the perfect target for lawyers like this, who usually find a lot of willing "victims".

I don't think enough has been made of the pacs for cruz and his other wealthy donors. What exactly do Cruz supporters think the big pro amnesty and open borders donors are going to want in return for their support?
