Cruz plants a bogus story at CNN and then uses CNN reporting on that story is a dirty trick. Rubio was a fool to make common cause with Cruz. Cruz will do or say anything to win. He is running the dirtiest most dishonest national campaign I have even seen.
Little doubt the Cruz campaigns’ philosophy is win at any cost.
Does make me wonder what means were used at the caucuses thus far?
Nah,,Cruz campaign would NEVER do that....
Both Cruz and Rubio have hired the nastiest of the nasty from K Street. They are BOTH disgusting lawyer/politicians!
Thanks for pointing out the *utter* hypocrisy of CRuz/suppporters.
Cruz didn’t start the rumors of Carson or Rubio backing out . CNN did saying the information came from their own campaigns. . Nobody would even buy it if it was believable though. Is CNN just trying to create more division in the GOP? Or did Rubio’s camp intentionally put this out there to create a false narrative around Cruz (again). Funny, this always happens after Cruz scores big wins.
Then his detractors want, so their plan is working.
And Cruz expects me to vote for him in the general if God forbid he’s the nominee? He’s the absolute most dishonest politician in 50 years. I can’t believe Ted didn’t learn his lesson from Iowa. Every time I think I can vote for Cruz drunk in November, he does something even more desperate.
Good lord...
If it was the other way around:
“Cruz can’t win in Caucus states”
I know you guys are all in for trump but your ability to process logic has suffered for it.
I’ve even read trump folks here saying it’s because Cruz people intimidate the trump voters. Seriously?
“Oooh he scared me by talking about the constitution.”
Very similar to a SuperPac, which is the biggest farce in politics today.
That!!
Yep. Cruz supporters are whistling past the graveyard. If hell do this to others hell do it to us when it suits his career. Theer is just nothing principled or conservative about Ted Cruzs campaign.
**************************************************
Yep, no one from the Trump campaign would ever do anything like that.
“A source inside Trump’s camp, Roger Stone, indicated Cruz offered to pull out for Rubio in exchange for SCOTUS nomination.”
CNN is known to be 100% accurate when you want them to be.
My guess is, this is snowballing enough now that someone higher up at CNN is going to get involved and further vet the source.
We’ll probably know today or tomorrow if the source is legit or not. CNN is used to having egg on their face, so if someone pulled a fast one on them, they’d likely readily admit it.
All I’m saying is, to Cruz supporters, I don’t understand how after all of the apologies he’s had to make, about Carson dropping out, about Rubio hating the Bible, etc... why on earth your first knee-jerk reaction is to defend him? LOL
Don’t forget the bid falsehood of a bunch of senators endorsing him this week. Another outright lie. I am impressed he can keep them all straight.
I can’t understand the enthusiasm with which Ted Cruz gets blamed for stores carried on CNN. As far as I know Ted Cruz is not even a shareholder in CNN, and I fail to see how he could exert any influence whatsoever over the stories they run.
In this case, I am pretty sure that CNN would not have run the story unless it was confirmed by a source close to Rubio, and in fact I think that like the Carson story of last month, it will prove true.
So much for integrity and trust.
The pearl-clutching here by the TrumpHumpers is absolutely hilarious. You guys have already become parodies of yourselves. If Trump had sent the same email, it would have been brilliant, I’m sure.
odd how no one is mentioning to Michigan voters that cruz represented Toyota when he was in private practice.
