It is no surprise that I am a strong supporter of Ted Cruz. I want him to win the nomination and the Presidency. I feel he is our best chance to win against Hillary.
I also feel that Ted Cruz has been crucified and attacked unfairly right here on FR.
Having said that I FULLY agree that IF TRUMP is the nominee, and he wins fair and square, that ALL Republicans need to get behind him to save our country from going down under a Hillary Presidency.
We will need to hold Trump, and or Cruz for that matter, to their promises they have made the voters. This will be a fight, the likes we have never seen before.
I still don’t trust Trump... but as stated, IF he ends up the only alternative to Hillary, he will get my vote, while praying MUCH that he hasn’t conned us.
Never in my 75 years of living have I seen anything near like the contention that is going on here in our land and also here on FR. It is sad.
I think the contention is related to the spiritual slump in which America has allowed itself to get.
I’ve curiously been swimming against that current for most of the last 3 decades, but it’s a powerful current, no lie.
Mere politics will not surmount it. It needs spiritual power.
Only Trump will build the Wall that will stop this invasion of illegals , and Muslims too.
See, that's the thing. Neither ONE of them are going to win if this infighting among the two camps continues, not just here, but I'm talking across the entire country. It's obvious that the GOPe is keeping us busy fighting each other while they plot on how to replace Trump & Cruz with their own pick at the convention. They may just succeed. It works well for obama as he pits blacks against whites, rich against poor, etc., so it may just work for the Establishment.
So imho, Cruz and Kasich voters from here until the end of primaries are helping the GOPe achieve their goal. Yes, Trump might win anyway, but unless he has a very large landslide, the RINOs will find a way to steal this from us, and then we'll lose to Hillary.
When I said "us" I mean you and me. We must unite to stop the GOPe or they will condemn ALL of us to 8 years of democrat control of congress, president, and generations of a liberal supreme court.
EVERYTHING is riding on this election. Cruz voters, please consider helping us win this war for our Republic.
Technically, I agree that whether Trump or Cruz, we should support him.
Practically, though, you just know that PIAPS and her flying monkeys will be on Cruz’ NBC on Day One. The case will elevate to every level of the court system. We can assume that the fix is already in, and the necessary number of judges are in PIAPS’ pocket, just waiting.
When/if Cruz is deemed ineligible, then what would be the next step? Hillary by default?
