You are making two poor assumptions:
1) Those that received an abortion while it was legal, would face consequences.
2) That the consequence would be limited to only a murder charge.
While I believe that abortion is murder, the consequences may vary depending on mitigating factors.
What he says makes sense though. If it is illegal to murder the pre-born, then there has to be a consequence. If the woman was forced (as many girls are) there should be consequences for the abuser, safety for the women, and, and, 25% of those who murder their babies develop PTSD. They should also be helped.

A fetus is either a human being or it isn’t. I believe it is a human being.
It used to be that a woman had an abortion because society wouldn’t accept a single mother. Now, it’s because she can’t be bothered. Single motherhood is definitely accepted in this day and age.
I think a lot of young women have abortions that wouldn’t if we had an open and honest discussion on what abortion is. They don’t realize that they may regret the act for the rest of their lives.
Yep. I have noticed all that as well. His positions are all over the place as he plays role of opportunist — making comments that get him airplay then explaining them more later. Familiar pattern. Thank You Jim. There are some that still live in the pre-legal abortion era and believe that women are victims in abortion. While there are some instances where I can agree to that, most women seeking abortions today are willingly doing so.
