Unless this meant to be satire, it is complete horse hockey! It belongs in one of those supermarket tabloids; not the Sun or the Post.
Here’s why: Newton’s Third Law: “For every action, there is an opposite reaction.” If Planet Nine collides or even changes the orbit of an asteroid, there will be a change proportional to its mass in Planet Nine’s orbit. Not to mention the effects on other asteroids and their orbits. The article mentions the Kiuper Belt but neglects to include the Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter.
Since we cannot know the orbit of all the asteroids and Planet Nine millions of years ago to any certainty, any scientist that claims otherwise is a fool or liar, or both.
