Wyoming voted about a month ago as well. Cruz won that too.

There was more likely to be cheating in that Caucus since some of the official vote counters were wearing Trump apparel.
All States, territories, and DC should have closed primaries. In each jurisdiction, only the People who have been members of the party for a specified number of months would be permitted to vote in the primary. No caucuses, no State conventions. Caucuses are used to intimidate voters to change their votes; State conventions reject the People having a direct say in the nomination process.
