Question for a Freeper Lawyer. Can a presidential pardon be given as a blanket pardon for all crimes without listing them are does it have to be specific as to the crime? She is not going to go quietly! This could get interesting! :)

I’m not the lawyer you axed for but Ford did just that for Nixon. Blanket pardon for anything he may have done.
I have read that Ford did something like that for the Nixon pardon.
My understanding that a federal pardon can be very broad and cover all potential federal criminal offenses. There is almost certainly an official federal form, with lots of words of legal art, used by Presidents.
Remember, the laws don’t apply to Obama.
He has ignored the Constitution his whole time in office.
