It doesn’t appear that he is; however, if you’re in this area wearing camo pants and a flak jacket and the police notice you...you comply, he did. Then the crowd got agitated when the police pulled him to the ground.

This guy just walked down on the sidewalk and opens up on the cops and he or possibly shooter #2 was able to shoot from an elevated location.

Confirms guy seeing guy in camo with weapon ... uncertain if he was a shooter.
I would not be surprised if this comes out to be true. One would have to have put in serious time at the range to be THAT efficient. The police officers were specifically targeted as NO protesters (as presently being reported) were shot.
