I stated the same thing - he could be someone showed up armed to make a political point and was not part of the shooting plot. This guy was street level and shootings came from a high point like a parking garage.
But he should be found in any case.
Agreed. I would be VERY surprised if he was a shooter. not after openly mixing, not carrying additional gear. No way....
