I saw the video of this guy. It is not him. He was relaxed and not ready to kill a bunch of people. His face muscles were not tight indicating tension or concentration that would be required to do a mission like this. He was not ready to shoot a half a dozen people. The people who did the sniping were already in place.

Agreed. I think BLM was used, but not necessarily involved. Anyone can pick up a message from facebook.
