CNN reported (in the field, on the phone) reporting that the "suspect" has been videoped running, with his gun, while shots are being fired. More or less clearing him, except the false report tends to carry further than the accurate one.

I don’t watch Fox or CNN. Personally guy was too relaxed to be plotting a major shooting spree. My 2 cents of course
