So I think I figured out how Black Lives Matter is going to start Marshal Law... Have a BLM protest where they say “hands up dont shoot” over and over. Then have a BLM sniper shoot at a BLM protester. Claim it was the police tyat shot at them. Then start riots. Do that several times...
