Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg believes "everything" will be up for grabs if Donald Trump is elected president and has the opportunity to appoint several justices to the high Court.
"I don't want to think about that possibility, but if it should be, then everything is up for grabs," Ginsburg said of the presumptive Republican nominee succeeding in his bid for the White House in an interview published Friday by The Associated Press.

Ruth,baby, too bad your seat is not up for grabs so you can be sent back to law school to take a remedial law class and maybe learn that the law is not about expressing your personal opinions. We can get any crackhead to do that.
There are two long term solutions: first and foremost, Congress must restrict the authority of the Supreme Court to matters of Federal responsibility solely, as outlined in the Constitution. Secondarily, the Supreme Court tenure must not be for life, but for a fixed term, say 10 years, with no reappointment possible.

Ruth Buzzi-Bader Ginsburg SHOULD be worried that “everything is up for grabs”. When a basketball goes out of bounds, it is brought back in by a member of the opposing team.
And things have been going out of bounds a LOT of late.

What Ginsburg means when Miss Deathrattle says “everything” will be up for grabs if Donald Trump wins, is all those wide screen t.v.’s and bottles of Hennessy and Swisher Sweets up for grabs by her little friends and looters and thugs and terrorists.
Since the judiciary’s job is to apply the law to the cases before it, it should only “make” any part of the law reluctantly when forced by a case on which the law is unclear. But her attitude seems to be the court us there to make law and defend its legacy as a legislative body.

That is a conclusion which those who describe themselves as "Pro-Life" should be repeating each time they hear Hillary Clinton using her "sham" argument (Ginsburg) argument on behalf of destroying life in the womb up to, and including, babies whose physical development is nearly complete.
