EXCLUSIVE: 'Dump Trump' RNC Delegate Leader: We 'Have The 28 Votes' To Unbind Delegates
The Daily Wire ^ | July 10 2016 | Daily Wire

Posted on 07/10/2016 2:32:42 PM PDT by Mechanicos

Over the weekend, The Daily Wire had the opportunity to speak with Kendal Unruh, a member of the Colorado Republican delegation to the Republican National Convention. Unruh is also a member of the Rules Committee at the RNC, and a leading advocate for a vote that would unbind the delegates from the candidates to which their state primaries are pledged.

Unruh explained that "28 committee members are required to pass a minority report, which then goes to the convention floor for all delegates to vote on. It then requires a simple majority to pass." She added that she does "have the 28 votes required for the minority report," continuing, "Not everyone who is with us is willing to be public yet, due in part to the threats being made by Trump's campaign and the RNC itself."

So you think Goldman Sachs is a conservative bank? Cruz is the definition of a cult personality.

Hey, Sal! I love running across you on here. ;-)

I hope you’re right about the Cruz supporters waking up. It’s hard not to speak harshly of the Christians who can’t see his insincerity, perhaps in part because I myself supported him until last fall sometime. I started a deeper examination of him about the time he supported TPA and then cowrote that article with Paul Ryan. By the Spring when he was blaming Trump for the Chicago rally violence instead of the Soros-paid agitators, he was essentially dead to me and always will be. I’m hoping someone in Texas comes along to primary him for his Senate seat.

About his citizenship status... The way you explained it is exactly how I interpret his status — a man without a country. It’s irrelevant to me whether or not he knew this when he ran for Tx senator. Facts are facts, and unless he can prove that his mother was still a U.S. citizen when he was born, then all we have to go on is... well, nothing!

What REALLY gets me about him, though: Even after recently “discovering” that he was a Canadian citizen and renouncing that, he still thinks we should vote for someone who won’t even produce the proper records to prove his mother was still a U.S. citizen and not Canadian. All reports and eyewitness accounts from family friends and neighbors in Canada report that his mother was receiving the Canadian health care and voting, like you said. The truth is, he just expects us to overlook that because, well, he’s been anointed by God, doncha know.

Think about that: his sense of entitlement is worse than Obama, even if Obama WAS born in Kenya. At least Obama’s mother was a U.S. citizen. smh

Are their liberal and conservative banks? Well that’s news to me.

And what does that have to do with of this discussion?

I think he was assuring us real conservatives that the conservative movement hasn’t died. It lives on.

Nothing wrong with that. Reagan did the same.

Oh what lies and leaps you make. The never trump movement is not a pro-cruz movement. Sure many cruzers are a part of it, but it consists of many many other people. Dems, establishment, independents, etc. Again so blaming Cruz for everything. If you really want Trump to win, you’ll find someone else to blame everything that goes wrong. You can’t expect a man who was treated and slandered like Cruz was to Gung ho jump on board and tell everyone to get behind the very man who lied and smeared him and viciously attacked his family. It come across as insincere at best and would be completely dishonest on Cruz’s part and everyone would know it. AGAIN, cruzers wouldn’t jump on the Trump Train just because cruz told them to anyways, so what’s the point?

Sheesh. Quit whining about the party unity and suck it up. We TOLD you all this would happen MONTHS ago. You were warned that this make defeating Hillary harder, but folks just didn’t care. You knew what you were getting, now deal with it. If you want unity, I suggest you start begging Trump to quit being divisive and start unifying. Hopefully, it appears he’s been trying to head in that direction.

I hope he wins. I really do. But if he doesn’t, it will be from his own actions and not the blame of others.

If you want the people to vote for you, it’s YOUR job to make them want to.

It’s not the job of the guy who you attacked and called a liar for the last 4 months.

Cruz turned on Trump first.

But Cruz’s behavior has been pathetic. He’s been throroughly outed by his own legislative games and now campaign chicanery.

Some conservatives backed Cruz. Right now they are all, to a man and to a woman, backing Trump. They are doing so to save the country from destruction, as all true conservatives know that four years of Hillary on top of eight years of Obama would destroy the last vestiges of this once great country forever.

Some non-conservatives backed Cruz. They are not now backing Trump. They would be satisfied to watch Hillary destroy the country once and for all. As I said, they’re not conservatives—not even close.

Yes there are liberal NWO banks and Goldman Sachs finances it. He is their puppet who votes however they tell him.

Do you have a Cruz statue on your dashboard?

No. I just defends what is RIGHT.

So if someone has a connection to GS in some way, they can’t be trusted? If they do any banking with them they are disqualified for the Presidency?

No, If they make $800,000 per year with a huge raise after they become Senator you have to suspect they are bought and paid for. Keep those eyes and ears well covered.

The last thing we need as President is another lieyer.

Conservatives, to a man and to a woman, are backing the only option to defeat Hillary. Those who would enable a Hillary win/the absolute destruction of the US are not conservatives.

Surely you’re not suggesting, DrewsMom, that a person who would play an active part in turning the country over to Hillary (for four years of irreparable destruction) is a conservative?

No, it was a sodden, histrionic sop for an egomaniacal fraud and his credulous acolytes. There is nothing conservative in that bogus camp of globalist-dominionist mash-ups.

Sad bus in the mists... or, is it... *gasp* GOING INTO THE LIGHT?

lol, what crapulous koolaid propaganda!
