This HAS to be against several state election laws if they are talking about negating bound delegates on the first ballot. If a simple RNC rule change can nullify 14 million + votes, then we the people are out of options short of CWII.

The Republican Party is a private organization that can make any stupid rules they want. I don't think the states can or should have much to say about their internal matters.
