Aren’t there around 2,000 delegates?

I doubt that 28 votes will accomplish anything.

yes, 28 votes there could be dangerous, hope they don’t really have them....

The 28 votes are in the small rules committee. The delegates then vote on the floor to approve the rules.

I interpreted this as the Rules committee has a certain threshold of delegates which must be attained before rules can be changed and they have met or passed that threshold, according to the title at least.

Rino’s must owe Hillary or she has a lot of junk on them. Trump hanging in their in the polls, has a huge opportunity to pummel Hillary and they are still trying to oust him.
