That's not fair to Brian May, who was an excellent guitar player. In fact, Queen was a good band - there's no reason to let their political views spoil our appreciation for their musical talent. A human musician's political views are about as interesting as those of a singing parrot - the point is the music.
Anyway, if Sony or Queen had any legal recourse, they'd take it. Since they don't and they must resort to whining publicly, I assume Trump's use of the music is perfectly legal and valid.
