Deli owner Ahmed Alshami is being held on $2 million bond in Erie County New York, on multiple charges of food stamp fraud and burglary.
He’s accused of criminal possession of public benefit cards, misuse of food stamps and criminal use of a public benefit card for defrauding the welfare system.
Alshami’s little scheme consisted of buying food stamp cards (EBT cards) from people willing to sell them for cash, and would generally pay them half their worth. He would then use the food stamps to purchase items from “big box” stores for use in his store. He ran this scam between October, 2014, and March, 2016, making purchases that totaled a little over $3800.

And as for the people who did this. Absent some dire emergency, people who were moved to do this didn’t really need the cards. So he was largely riding on what was already a fraud situation.
Only $3800? A mighty brave front for some really petty criminals.
Maybe they can get a $10,000,000/year quarterback job?
As immigrants they could have their citizenship revoked.
If he beats the rap, NASA has an “outreach” job for him. Of course, deportation of the Mohammedan goat-f***** and his family is out of the question.

Revoke it by firing squad
Prosecutors go after store owner every time, but never after the ones initiating the fraud by selling food stamps for cash. NEVER!! All it would take would be lifetime suspension of benefits and a little jail time and word would get out and this problem would take care of itself very quickly. By going after the store owner, it just means that those who are either smarter, dumber, or have higher risk tolerance will continue to do it, or at worst the sellers will move their business away from direct transactions with their stores. It will not stop the actual fraud in any way. So why?
The source of the problem is many drug addicted people being issued EBT cards.
Call them children of shaitan and watch their eyes bug out. Better yet, pull out a piece of paper and pen and tell them you’re drawing a picture of Mo-ham-head (piss be upon him).

I’ve wondered about hole in the wall places that resell, e.g., Aldi items.

6. If they are a minority, they kill others who, they think, limit their freedom. If they are a majority, they kill others who want freedom.
