Given how the left has so abused the concept of racism, that probably is how it appears to them. You’re racist if you question amnesty for millions of illegals. You’re racist if you don’t buy into BLM propaganda. You’re islamaphobic if you think we should not let in immigrants from terror-supporting Islamic states. The list goes on and on - with common sense being labelled as racism or other phobias.
Exactly. They Left has re-defined terms completely away from their plain meaning. One can be completely “colorblind” and still be, in their view, a “racist”. They don’t differentiate color from culture; point out the problems with the culture, and you’re automatically identified as bigoted against the color. Seems their axiom is “all cultures are equal”, and therefore anyone dissing a culture as implicitly inferior _must_ be doing so because of the color the culture is identified by. Their cognitive dissonance won’t allow any other conclusion.
Yes that is exactly what they have done, redefined and reshaped word usage and use of the word racism toward anyone that doesn’t agree with them. Many people really think it is racist to want people to come here legally or not welcome Muslims with open arms without checking them out...
I am tried of people who feel they can tell me what to think, these are the most deplorable people in the country and it's vital that they be defeated.
