A couple of observations / questions:
— Looks like some scrubby facial hair, maybe sideburns or muttonchops.
— What’s the deal with his feet? Is that shorts with running shoes and socks? What’s on his feet?
— I can’t quite place the rifle. Crummy pic but it doesn’t look like anything I can ID. Long wood stock, short bbl. Maybe a 10-22? It seems small, whatever it is.

Yeah, it looks like a picture of the CCTV footage on a TV or something. I was wondering if they’re sandals or slip-ons. Hard to make out what’s on his shirt.
yeah, I noticed his shoes and socks pulled up all the way. That’s sometimes a Hispanic style, long baggy shorts and long socks pulled up. But the gun looks like a small hunting rifle, I don’t see a bolt though or clip. reminds me of a .22 caliber, odd weapon for mass casualties tho..
