I don’t understand why/how it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

I don't either - but they do know *something*. Thay have constantly been railing on some guy named "Jack" to do something about their postings/account so they can come back again.

Whatever their message -- they are certainly *N-O-T* afraid of any repercussions...
