Hill in lead again in PA per SoS. I think the lead changed at least 4 times now.

Hill in PA but Philly is in — the rural counties still to come a few of them.

It's going to be VERY, VERY close, but what's left in Philly is small, and the remaining large areas not yet counted are Lancaster, Lebanon, York, and Butler Counties.
The cities of Lancaster and York will go Hillary, but overall the counties are Republican. Butler and Lebanon are farming country and will go Trump Bigly.
I believe we will pull it off by about ½% Say a prayer.
