At least he will give him a fair chance unlike some primadonnas.

Didn’t watch the whole show, just the opening. Chappelle has always cracked me up - not so much last night. The woman that has played Hillary - I’m sure she thought she was going to get to play “President Hillary” for the next four years - I didn’t get any positive vibes from her - at the end where she said, “I’m not giving up, and you shouldn’t either”....she looked bitter, sad and close to tears.

I thought the whole mood of the opening was somber and not very funny at all - reminded me of a funeral. We turned it off before Chappelle was finished - too unfunny for us.

The good news... We’ll get to see Alec Baldwin for the next 8 years playing Trump. Good thing, because I think he really needed the work.

What is a Dave Chapelle?

Why should we care?

“iconic comedian Dave Chapelle”.
Who is Dave Chapelle? Should we have his statue in our yard?

watched some ESPN this morning. They mentioned Chappelle’ monologue and said it is something everyone ought to watch.

Dave Chapelle doesn’t get to make demands of our President.

He is a has-been comedian that has some of the funniest skits regarding blacks you’ve ever seen.

Look up Dave Chappelle reparations and you’ll agree he is absolutely hysterical; phone company stocks soar as black people pay their bills in arrears, and when he asks a black guy driving a truck of menthol cigarettes if he will now quit his job the guy responds that he already did - he used his reparations money to buy a truckful of menthol cigarettes...

The only ones angry are the ones who have fallen under the msm brainwashing. This is a social experiment toward Communism. The msm promised 24/7 Hellary would win. When she didn’t, the sheeple’s minds blew. Notice how the msm isn’t focusing on the future but is promoting all the handwringing and violence with what went wrong rather than what the new admin can do to fix the issues. Wait. What issues? You mean there’s issues other than where to stock up on tissues and green crayons?

He is right on one thing. White working men and women have had enough and now we have drawn our own line in the sand.

Right up until the then... It was a fitting tribute to the recently deceased Cohen singing one of his most beautiful songs ever. Way to screw that up.

I too an an iconic comedian....but only I care about that and I sure as heck don’t know what a Dave Chapelle is nor do I care...SNL died when the old original cast members left
Chevy Chase was at least funny playing a clumsy Gerald Ford...these modern guys not so much

I agree. I was actually enjoying her performance up until then - I love that song and I thought it was appropriate....but - she did it dressed as Hillary, so I spent the performance waiting for the Hillary thing to pertain to the performance.
