When millionaires and billionaires give you loads of money to make you a president, and then you fail, there comes a time for comeuppance.

For Hillary Clinton and her team that time was Thursday night.

A dejected, defeated and glum looking former Democrat presidential candidate strolled into the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City, with her husband former President Bill Clinton, running mate Tim Kaine, daughter Chelsea Clinton, son-in-law Marc Mezvinsky and campaign manager John Podesta, to explain to elite donors why their cash was not enough to defeat the will of the American people.

Somehow, Hillary made it through the night.

Her explanation to her donors was that she lost to President-elect Donald Trump because Russian President Vladimir Putin doesn’t like her.

Hillary said she regrets the Clintons' efforts to bring frivolity to the normally staid Russians.

I don't know how Putin feels about Hillary, nor is it relevant. I voted for Trump because a) he's awesome, and b) she's vile.

It's kind of odd, isn't it, that she's blaming the Russians after she took tens of millions of dollars as payment for one fifth of our uranium supply. If there is any reason at all to believe the Russians care one way or another about our elections, one would think that they would prefer Hillary. After all, she's already demonstrated that she'll sell out national security in return for "donations."
