This is not new. Doesn’t anyone remember Kent State?
Violent protests over the Vietnam war were just fun and games — go to a protest, pick up a girl, scream and yell and throw things, then go back to the dorm and have monkey sex.
Then young inexperienced soldiers in the National Guard went to restore order, and got scared, and they shot students. Pretty well took the vinegar out of some of the violent protests. The students found out that violence is not just one way.
These days, there are a lot of States with Concealed Carry — some Black Lives Matter yutes are going to encounter one, and we will have another Travon Martin case.
I remember that, the campus violence stopped right after that.
