Brian Williams, once suspended NBC anchor, spent an entire segment of his MSNBC show The 11th Hour on President Trump's lying.
Williams had Wisconsin radio host Charlie Sykes on to discuss his piece in The New York Times entitled "Why Nobody Cares About Trump's Lying."
In his piece, Sykes wrote, "The cumulative effect of the attacks [on the mainstream media] was to delegitimize those outlets and essentially destroy much of the right's immunity to false information. We thought we were creating a savvier, more skeptical audience. Instead we opened the door for President Trump who found an audience that could be easily misled."
Williams was suspended from NBC Nightly News as the lead news anchor for "misrepresenting events which occurred while he was covering the Iraq War in 2003," a February 2015 statement from NBC read.
NBC noted in their statement that Williams had lied about other events as well when reporting on stories for Nightly News.
Williams was suspended for six months without pay. He was later brought back to MSNBC where he reported on just breaking news before being given a show in the 11 p.m. hour.

When the media kept such obvious hacks on the payroll it made a mockery of “turning over a new leaf” after the 2016 election, or reviewing how their blatant bias had turned off people. They are charging ahead at 125% towards the 2018 mid-terms determined to avenge and “fix” the 2016 “tragedy”...

The slime stream media say that Trump said all Mexicans are rapists, i.e., Trump is lying, not all Mexican are rapists, therefore, it is a lie. Never mind, Trump never said that. It is the slimes that are lying.
I would like to make a comparison to Brian Williams profession of journalism and mine pharmacy.
Journalist’s trust is to tell the truth. A pharmacist’s trust is to give their best medical advice and follow the law.
Brian Williams lied to the public. He should not be allowed to utter one more word on television. MSNBC allows him to speak. MSNBC has broken their trust with the public, they are charlatans.
If I as a pharmacist break the law in reference to controlled substances, the State of Texas will take my license. If I am very lucky I “might” get it back in a few years.
Personally if such happens to any pharmacist I think their license should not be suspended but voided. Dependent on the severity of the offense there is a good possibility this would happen in Texas

Exactly correct you are. Trump has given up a life style that one can only dream about. He has sacrificed this to work for our great nation.

If he were a liar, his businesses wouldn’t have been so successful. I’ve heard a couple of men he’d done business with that a promise and a handshake from Trump were far better than any written legal contract.
The fact that Brian “Walter Mitty” Williams is back at NBC clearly indicates that the network is competing with CNN for bragging rights on Fake News. IMHO.
