Maybe Jerry and Nancy and the other Democrats should worry less about sanctuary cities and high speed trains and worry more about flooding.
What is your source for this? The emergency spillway for that dam is a few hundred yards to the northwest of the dam, over solid earth. Water over the spillway cannot cause the dam to fail.

The last I looked at, there was a report that the water was up on the parking lot off the side of the dam and that water was now running AROUND the dam-or outside of the dam.
If true, that will cut the banks on the side of that dam and its all over.
They are desperately looking for a Republican to blame.
Wait, didn’t the leftists-in-charge rename the “emergency spillway” to the “auxiliary spillway”? There should be nothing to fear if our public servants/masters say so, right?
